You must pay your tuition and fee deposit and provide any outstanding official documents (as detailed in your offer of admission) no later than 8 weeks from the date of the offer to secure your seat. Please note processing of your tuition/fee payment and your official documents may take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your applicant portal.
After your tuition deposit is received, along with any outstanding official documents, UFV will confirm and finalize your admission or conditional admission by sending you a Letter of Acceptance (LOA). The e-mail will have instructions on how to access your myUFV account. As an admitted student, you will need to regularly check your UFV student email for important notices regarding your admission and arrival to the University.
Students need to obtain a study permit or student visa for a program longer than six months. UFV’s DLI number is O19395299642. Please check the IRCC website for how to apply for a study permit and the study permit processing time.
It is important that you let us know when you receive your travel documents. You will use the iCent app to submit your travel documents to UFV.
