Transportation options

When you arrive at Vancouver International Airport from your home country, you will need to go straight to your 14-day quarantine location. Because you are not allowed to use public transportation during your quarantine period, UFV will arrange for Language Limousine Airport Service to meet you at the airport and take you to your quarantine location.

Instructions for Limousine Service

UFV International will book your limousine for you after you provide us with your complete flight information. Please use this Booking Form to submit your flight info.

Print your arrival letter

Prior to your flight, you will receive an Arrival Letter from Language Limousine that contains important information and instructions about your airport pick-up service. You will need to print this letter to show to the Language Limousine staff.

Look for yellow signs at the airport

When you reach the public meet and greet area, you will see the limousine staff holding a yellow sign that says “Language Limousine.” Their male staff wear bright yellow ties or yellow shirts and their female staff wear yellow scarves or yellow shirts.

Wear a face mask

Limousine passengers need to wear a face mask or covering during COVID-19. Be assured that your driver will diligently follow a COVID-19 cleaning protocol.

Travel Time

1.5 hours depending on your destination and traffic in the area.

The cost of the transportation service will be based on your drop-off area or your 14-day quarantine location. Please see below the price set for different areas.

  • $76.65- North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster & Richmond
  • $97.65- Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Pt. Coquitlam, Pt. Moody, Delta & Maple Ridge

There is no need to pay the driver during your ride. The amount will be charged automatically to your UFV student account.

Kerstin Stausberg

UFV is awesome! It provides small classrooms for better student and prof interaction. You can get involved in clubs and associations. And if you have any problems, there are always helpful staff members who will support you.
