Eligibility Requirements*
- Must be a new incoming student to UFV.
- Must be paying international tuition fees.
- Must meet minimum GPA required for the scholarship.
- Must embody UFV values of integrity, inclusivity, community, and excellence.
*Eligibility requirements are for all scholarships administered by UFV International, not only the ones listed on this page. UFV reserves the right to withdraw scholarships if the student no longer meets the eligibility requirements.

- Apply to a UFV program.
- Contact your educational consultant/agent or UFV Regional Recruitment Manager to request a nomination for a UFV entrance scholarship. You can also contact UFV International directly.

International Excellence Entrance Scholarship (Renewable)

Eligibility criteria
- You are applying to UFV for a 4-year bachelor's degree program.
- You are in your graduating year or have recently graduated from high school.
- You have a minimum GPA of 3.75 in your final high school year.
- You are an international student residing outside of Canada.
- You must maintain a GPA of 3.0 at UFV to continue to qualify for the scholarship.
International Regional Entrance Scholarship

- You are in your graduating year or have recently graduated from high school.

International British Columbia High School Entrance Scholarship

Eligibility criteria
- You are applying to UFV for a 4-year bachelor's degree or a 2-year diploma program.
- You are in your graduating year or have recently graduated from high school.
- You have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in your final high school year.
- You are an international student attending a BC secondary high school or an offshore high school that has been inspected and certified by the B.C. government.
UFV International Baccalaureate Diploma Scholarship
AMOUNT: $10,000 per year, $5,000 towards tuition and fees in the first semester and $5000 towards tuition and fees in the second semester. This award is renewable 3 times, conditional upon maintaining a GPA of 3.5. The award is renewable for up to three additional years to a maximum of $40,000 (subject to successful completion of a full-time course load and a record of significant extracurricular and community involvement).
CRITERIA:
- The applicant must be planning to attend UFV as a full-time student and register for at least 12 post-secondary credits
- The applicant must complete an application for admission to UFV
- The applicant must have completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program with a minimum score of 35 points
- The applicant must demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and intellectual promise, as well as record of significant extracurricular and community involvement
