To protect you as well as our staff and faculty from the spread of COVID-19, UFV has transitioned to remote instruction. UFV International is providing all services remotely to ensure that you are supported during these challenging times.

Daily drop-in appointments can be booked from 8 AM and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Choose a topic of interest and book a session today:

Study/work permit

Find answers to your questions about study permit renewals, restoration, and work permits.


Registration and English upgrading support

Make an appointment for this session if you have questions about registration prerequisites, waitlist, holds, English upgrading, and English language placement tests.


UFV's partner pathway programs

Get answers to questions related to UFV’s partner institutions and course articulation (credit transfer) details.


Account and fees

Schedule a drop-in for all of your questions about payments, refunds, penalties, tuition, and student/ancillary fees.


Medical, per-credit tuition rate, payment extension, returning students

Book this session if you have questions related to BC's Medical Services Plan (MSP), guard.me International Insurance, per-credit tuition rates, payment extension requests or the returning student process.

Sessions are offered throughout the summer. Find a time that works for you and ask your questions to Regulated Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

The workshop covers the following topics: 

  • Study Permit/Work Permit/ Spousal Work Permit
  • Post Graduate Work Permit
  • Visitor Visa/ Inviting Family
  • Amendment/ Replacement of Permit
  • Immigration rules on study compliance (academic standing, delay in completion, change of program and non-study)
