About the program
The UFV Summer Program is a short-term, non-credit experience for international students who want to experience Canada, campus life, and university learning during the summer. The program combines structured classes with organized activities, excursions, and social events, giving students a balanced and memorable summer experience in British Columbia.

English Upgrading / ESL
Improve confidence using English through practical communication, group activities, and real-world practice in and outside the classroom.
Academic Exploration (program currently in development)
Experience a more intensive university-style learning environment focused on applied skills, collaboration, and academic thinking in a Canadian post-secondary setting.
Location
Located in Abbotsford, UFV offers access to both vibrant city life and stunning natural landscapes. Vancouver’s beaches, food scene, and culture are just an hour away, while the Fraser Valley is home to mountains, lakes, rivers, and wide-open countryside.
